“ Excellent food. Looks a little dirty from the outside. And you may think you’ll be disappointed with food court level slop. But give them a chance. Their pho bo (they call it something else in frenchy) is one of the best renditions of the beef ball and brisket soup i’ve ever tried. Also tried the salmon and rice. Simple and no frills. Drizzled with some sweet and spicy sauce and a few clippings of lettuce. Order a side tom yum soup to go with it. Incredible and not too sour like some places might serve. Only downside is when we asked about water, the cashier neglected to mention that water is freely available at the tables. A tall glass bottle that you’ll see as soon as you finish paying and enter the dining area. On the self service table with the condiments. I get that the $2 for the bottled water is money in their pocket. But we would have gladly tipped or ordered another side if they didn’t hide that information from us. ”
